I have always known I was here to help others heal — but knowing your calling doesn’t mean life won’t break you open first.

Like many women, I’ve walked through deep loss, betrayal, and the ache of grief that lingers in the body long after the moment has passed. Loss changes you — it strips away what is false until only truth remains.

My path home began before I had the words for it. As a child, I felt at ease in the rhythms of Mother Earth — tracing spirals in the dirt, listening to the wind, and finding medicine in stillness. That quiet connection became my first teacher.

Over the years, through joy and heartbreak, endings and beginnings, I’ve returned again and again to the wisdom of the body, the cycles of nature, and the guidance of spirit. The sacred tradition of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, beloved mentors, and lived experience have shaped me into the healer I am today.

Now, I offer a safe and nurturing space for women to set down what feels heavy, reconnect with their bodies, and restore harmony between their inner masculine and feminine. Through Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Intuitive Energy Work, and Holistic Nutrition, I walk beside you — honoring your path, your timing, and your light.
