We Are One

Small acts, big love.

The truth of our existence is simple — we are not separate. Every breath, every act of kindness, every seed we plant becomes part of the greater whole. Through the little things, we weave unity back into the world.

Small Ways I Give Back

  • Gratitude Letters: I write love notes to my friends and family — small offerings filled with moments, memories, and appreciation. Healing often brings forward memories of those who held light for us when we couldn’t see it ourselves.

  • Generous Tips: When I can, I add a few extra dollars to a tip — not for recognition, but because I know how it feels when someone says “you did great.”

  • Picking Up Trash: Wherever I walk, I pick up what doesn’t belong. It’s a quiet prayer of respect for the Earth beneath my feet.

  • Prayer for All: Every morning, throughout the day, and before rest, I pray — for people, animals, plants, and moments. Love energy is powerful medicine.

  • Cooking for Loved Ones: I nourish my people with clean, organic food and laughter. Sometimes healing begins with a warm meal, gentle conversation, and the sound of a friend’s voice.

  • Joyful Music: I replace heavy songs with joyful rhythms. Soon, everyone is laughing and dancing again — light returning to the room.

  • Filling My Own Cup: Meditation, rest, journaling, and self-massage are my foundations. When I am full, I can give more freely.

  • Listening: I listen deeply — to nature, my body, and others. Sometimes healing begins simply by being heard.

  • Planting Seeds: I fill my hands with soil and plant native species that give back to the land.

  • Supporting Local & Sustainable: Choosing organic, clean, small businesses helps grow the world I want to live in.

I Receive by Giving

Gratitude multiplies what we love.
I give thanks for all that has shaped me — even the pain that taught me compassion.

I owe gratitude to:

  • My near-death experiences, for the clarity they gave me.

  • The simple, sacred moments — sunsets, rain, fresh air, a flower blooming.

  • Community, my teachers, family, friends, animals, and plants.

  • My clients, for their patience and faith.

  • And most of all, myself — for never giving up on the journey home.

Holistic Defined

“No man is an island…” – John Donne

Holistic means wholeness.
I am sun, moon, water, air, spirit — as are you. When one heals, we all heal.

This awareness began within me: meditation, breath, stillness. In those spaces between thoughts, I felt the oneness — a hum beneath all creation. Trees swayed without wind. The Earth breathed with me.
To be holistic is to embody this knowing: as we heal within, the Earth heals too.

🌻 Wildlife Gardens

This year, I found myself asking: “How can we make our landscapes beautiful and also nourishing for Mother Earth?”

By choosing native, sustainable, and edible plants, we transform our gardens into sanctuaries — not just for ourselves, but for birds, bees, and all beings who share this land.

Fruit Garden: apples, berries, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, grapes.
Vegetable Garden: kale, peas, tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, beans, and greens.
Herb Garden: lavender, thyme, basil, parsley, turmeric, ginger, lemongrass.

Even the plants we often overlook — dandelion, milkweed, clover — hold medicine and nourishment for both humans and animals.

Native & Sustainable Ideas:

  • Butterfly nesting spaces

  • Native pollinator gardens

  • Frog-friendly ponds

Together, these create ecosystems of abundance — places where nature thrives alongside us.

Closing Blessing

May you give freely, receive deeply, and walk gently upon this sacred Earth.
In every small act of love, we remember:
We are one.
